We require 1-2 years of barista experience and 2-3 years of customer service experience to be considered for a barista position. Must be 21 years of age or older.​​

 

Our coffee shop is open from 10am-4pm Wednesday-Sunday with counter service for coffee and cocktails. Shifts generally run from 9am-5pm. Baristas at The Times are responsible for taking all orders at the register for coffee and cocktails, crafting and executing a full range of coffee drinks, and assisting the bartender with running drinks, polishing glassware, and bussing tables. No bartending experience is required, but baristas are expected to become familiar with our cocktail menu and spirit list in order to assist guests with their menu selections.

 

We are a small crew in a fast-paced environment, so finding someone who fits with the culture of our business and staff is extremely important to us.

 

Tips are split evenly per shift with the bartender and other baristas, and the hourly wage with tips ranges from $25-$30 an hour. $25/hour.
