Some of the oldest bourbon coming out of Kentucky, the Elijah Craig 18 year opens with rich aromas of vanilla, caramel, and warm oak. Notes of honey and toasted nuts are followed by ripe fruit and cinnamon. The finish is smooth with lingering flavors of dried apple and pepper.
