This rare mezcal from Del Maguey boasts an extremely unique flavor profile you won't see very often. What separates this agave spirit from it's peers is a third and final distillation that introduces wild apples, plums, rice, almonds and cinnamon.
Once it's in the glass and ready to drink, it begins with aromas of citrus, sea spray, and green apple. Upon sipping, flavors of ripe fruit, gentle smoke, tarragon and cinnamon make their way forward and shift into a lengthy creamy finish that is equally mineralic and peppery.
