After it's initial aging in ex-bourbon casks, this rye whiskey is finished in white oak harvested directly from Whistlepig's 500 acre Vermont farm. Aromas of spiced fruit and oak are followed by rich flavors of creamy vanilla, dark chocolate. and juicy red fruit. The finish leans drier, full of warm rye spice, and toasted orange peel.
