The Elijah Craig Single Barrel 18 Year line is carefully hand selected by a master distiller and each barrel only yields around 150-200 bottles, resulting in a unique flavor profile for each release. While you can count on their signature notes of warm oak, baking spice and dark chocolate, the additional elements can range from vanilla, dark fruit, honey, toasted marshmallow (and many more). Each barrel is an adventure, and no two barrels are the same!
