Requirements

• Must be 21 or over

• Weeknight & weekend availability for bartenders

• Weekdays and weekend availability for baristas

• Minimum 1-2 years experience baristaing or craft cocktail bartending

• In-depth knowledge of classic cocktail or coffee recipes

 

About Us

We are a high volume craft cocktail bar & coffee shop in downtown Asheville that specializes in carefully crafted and creative seasonal drink menus. Our menus rotate every three months, and all of our syrups, infusions, and prep is done in-house. We have a small team that excels in setting ourselves apart through a combination of excellent service and crafting outstanding drinks.

In addition to learning our menu and being able to craft seasonal and classic drinks, bartenders are responsible for performing full table service including greeting guests and taking orders, running drinks, polishing glassware, and bussing tables. We are a small crew in a fast-paced environment, so finding someone who fits with the culture of our business and existing staff is extremely important to us.

 

Tips are split evenly per shift with the other bartender, and the hourly wage with tips generally ranges from $28-$36 an hour. We guarantee the Asheville living wage of $22.10/hour.
